My Homemade Bread ~ Part 3

Hello everyone, this is the third part of my homemade bread. Let's remember the recipe.

Ingredients:

Sourdough 200 gr
Water 300cl
Strength flour 500 gr
Salt from 8 to 10 gr according to your taste.

You can add about 5 g of fresh yeast if the temperature is very low or if you like it very fluffy.

Once we have it in the mold, we have to wait for it to grow to a little over the limit, like a couple of fingers.

Next we preheat the oven to 250º and put a bowl with a little water to create humidity inside. This will help us create a nice crust on the bread.
When it is ready, we make a couple of cuts in the bread and put it in the oven.
After 5 minutes we lower 10º so that it burns us and then 10º every 10 minutes until we reach 200º

In total we will have the bread 50 minutes in the oven, then we take it out and let it cool before cutting.
The result should be what you see in the photo.
