My Homemade Bread ~ Part 2
Hello everyone, this is the second part of my homemade bread. Let's remember the recipe.
Ingredients:
Sourdough 200 gr
Water 300cl
Strength flour 500 gr
Salt from 8 to 10 gr according to your taste.
You can add about 5 g of fresh yeast if the temperature is very low or if you like it very fluffy.
After letting the dough rest for 30 minutes, it's time to start kneading.
First we put a little olive oil so that the dough does not stick to our hands.
We put the bread dough on top of the wooden board with a little oil and we can start kneading.
It will be a league kneading of just 10 seconds and then rest for 15 minutes. You have to do this 4 times until it's ready.
Let the dough ferment for about 3 hours or until doubled in size.
Once fermented, we take it out, fold it inwards and shape it so that it fits into the mould.
Do it carefully so you don't lose the air.
