My Homemade Bread ~ Part 1
Hello everyone! I want to show you how I make my homemade bread. It is simple and easy to make, it is also very tasty.
Ingredients:
Sourdough 200 gr
Water 300cl
Strength flour 500 gr
Salt from 8 to 10 gr according to your taste.
You can add about 5 g of fresh yeast if the temperature is very low or if you like it very fluffy.
Before starting we present the ingredients so as not to be surprised.
We put in a bolt the 200 gr of sourdough that we open removed from the fridge 30 minutes before.
The next step is to add the 300 cl of water, the one you like the most, I use the tap water. It is important that it is at room temperature, not cold.
Next we add the 500 gr of Flour of Strength and the salt.
Mix well with a spoon first and then with your hands until you get a sticky dough. A few seconds will suffice.
