A city can be a good place to live.

Hello Hivians. It's Friday and the week is ending, which means we can start planning our weekend. Many people usually use the weekends to get out of their urban environment because of how hard it sometimes is to live in a city. We even call it taking a getaway. As if we were prisoners.

And cities have undoubtedly been designed for optimization, they are overcrowded and are not pleasant to live in. Much less to raise our children. But even so, most people do it and live in cities, basically out of necessity. It's where our workplace is.

But this does not always have to be this way. Cities can change if a more friendly design is made where there is not so much crowding. A city that I love, it is not perfect of course, is Florence. The height of their buildings is practically the same. It has large parks where you can relax. And the river creates a division that prevents the concentration of people. Curiously, that division is a union.

I hope and wish that the cities of the future will be much better to live in than the current ones. With less overcrowding and much more nature integrated into them. A place where you can let your children run without having to suffer because it happens to them.
In short, a place from which we don't have to escape on the weekends.
