Tardis Lights, Christmas Concert, J's Solo, Trailer, Grilling - Friday
My first task yesterday morning after getting the boys to school was to get the lights installed in the Tardis and I moved the tables in. I had thought the tables were 5 feet long but they are 6 so only 3 fit on the wall. @stryeyz has another one in her studio that I will get eventually so we will have the 5 setup until we decide on shelving.
The school had their Christmas concert and we managed to get a parking spot up close and seats in the middle of the gym. R and K and 1st were out and they did 8 songs. He was out of my view and I couldn't quite get a picture but @stryeyz did. Then when the 3rd and 4th grades came out they did 5 song and J had a mostly solo. We were quite surprised as he had said not one word about it to us.
He sang the Christmas Story and was right up front at the mic. He did a great job and was showing a bit of shyness but still made it through. Super proud of him!
After picking the boys up from school I loaded up the truck bed with the first load of bins and got them to the Tardis. I am able to segregate things by table which will help to keep the place better organized. I plan on installing a light over the closest table to the door so we can have bright white light to sort with.
After emptying the truck I hooked up the trailer again as I was not able to get grain since he forgot to put it out.
I had a good bit of shoveling to do to free the fire pit from the icy embrace.
I had to cut paths all around as well which I needed to do anyway so this was a good excuse to get it done.
It was after 6pm when I got the burgers on to grill and the moon was nice and bright overhead.

Now that the bins are out of the living room we have the space to put up the tree today which we will be going up on the hill to cut down mid day. I have been to town for grain already and will empty it after the US/NED match. I will have to shovel a good amount to be able to get backed into the sheep pen so it will be a bit before I can empty them likely.
