Hot And Dry Saturday - Alive And Thriving - Actifit: June 17, 2023

On my Saturday the hot and dry weather continued, and peaked at 29°C, and it has been very dry lately, there is even talk about some farmers losing half of their first harvest because of it, but rain is coming and a few drops came later in the night, and I got a few pictures from the afternoon.

In the day I first rested up for quite a while as I needed it, and then I went on Hive in the late afternoon and evening, where I focused on the daily tasks, plus some development, and I got it all done before going to bed, which was nice.

This is my participation in the #POLIAC competition run by @poliac aka @browery, and my participation in #MAcFiT from @macfit aka @merthin.

Here are some pictures from my day.

Much of the grass is brown due to it being very dry.

But some flowers are still thriving.

I am so sorry for the farmers who lost their crops, I hope you get enough rain to save the rest. It is 84F here right now, I checked. I looked it up and it equals 29C. Having the same temperature, I thought was funny in a weird kind of way. But we are overcast and it has been raining so we are usually hotter. We had a very dry winter but now have started having thunderstorms every afternoon and some at night. Prays for rain coming your way.

Wow 29C :O I'm guessing that's rather warm for you. That will still be cooler for us. It's 33C at this very moment but feels like 43C. Can't wait to cool down later tonight. LOL! Do get plenty of rest and enjoy a fantastic week!
