Traveling from Goa to Daman, I felt the sea breeze, watched the mountains pass by, and ended my day at the golden sunset of Jampore Beach.

Greetings of the day,

Today added a new memory to my travel diary. The morning started in the serene atmosphere of Goa. When the first rays of the sun fell on the waves of the sea, the whole scene shone like a picture. I had to return home, but my friends suddenly said - “Let's go to Daman” After thinking for a few moments I said yes. Sometimes sudden decisions become the most beautiful memories.

Before leaving, I went to Atal Setu for some time. This famous cable-stayed bridge of Goa seems to connect with the sky. There was a different freshness in the air there. The river flowing below, the blue sky above and the green mountains spread in the distance – that moment forced me to stop. I sat on the edge of the bridge watching the vehicles coming and going and thinking how precious the journey is when we experience it.

After a while I boarded the train and the real journey began. The views outside the window were so beautiful that it was difficult to take my eyes off. The train was moving forward through the mountains. Sometimes dense forests would be visible, and sometimes suddenly a river would start running nearby. The gusts of wind would hit the face and cool the mind. There was something new to see at every station on the way, people's faces, their dialect, and the local fragrance - everything was different.

By evening the train reached Daman. The sun was about to set and the sky had turned orange. My friends and I headed straight towards Jampore Beach. When we reached there it seemed as if all the fatigue had dissolved in the air. The sound of the waves the laughter of people walking on the sand and the sea shining in the light of the setting sun all took the mind to another world.

I took off my shoes and started walking barefoot on the sand. A slight coldness was felt in the feet with every step. Some children were making sand houses, some were taking selfies, and some were just staring at the waves. I sat there and captured some pictures in my camera – not only of the place, but also of the peace of that moment.

As the sun was going down, the waves of the sea were becoming golden. On the far shore fishermen's boats were returning and the seagulls flying above them were making the scene even more charming. At that moment I realized that travel is not just about reaching the destination but about every experience along the way.

As night fell, we all sat on the beach, a cool breeze was blowing and the sound of the waves coming from a distance was soothing to the heart. This evening of repression has become one of those memories in my life that always brings a smile.
