RE: Maintenance to prevent accidents and riding my bike - Mantenimiento para prevenir accidentes y salida en mi Bicicleta [ENG-ESP]

I hadn't written in a while, but I was very active on my bike. I wanted to build more endurance to go on longer rides. I had to do it myself due to lack of funds, but the results were better than expected; my bike was in tip-top condition.
