My first route walk of the year - Mi primer paseo ruta del año [ENG- ESP]

Hello dear friends, lovers of nature, walks and especially bicycles. On this occasion I want to share with you a small tour that I took through the west of my city, in this new year I have proposed to be more consistent in riding my bicycle, get more quality time and at the same time improve the accessories to be able to give longer walks. To tell you a little about my bicycle, it is a Benotto brand road bicycle from 1982, most of its components are from the Shimano 105 group, for a long time I have used a single chainring for greater comfort since I use my bicycle as a means of transportation for my work. I also comment that he has been very faithful to me.

Hola queridos amigos, amantes de la naturaleza, los paseos y especialmente de las bicicletas. En esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes un pequeño recorrido que hice por el oeste de mi ciudad, en este nuevo año me he propuesto ser más consistente en pasear con mi bicicleta, sacar más tiempo de calidad y al mismo tiempo mejorar los accesorios para poder dar paseos más largo. Para contarles un poco de mi bicicleta es una Bicicleta de ruta marca Benotto año 1982, la mayoría de sus componentes son del grupo Shimano 105, desde hace mucho tiempo uso un monoplato para mayor comodidad ya que uso mi bicicleta como medio de transporte para mi trabajo, comento también que ha sido muy fiel conmigo.

I started my walk very early with a walk around the block of my neighborhood, it was already 6:00 am, walking I stopped to contemplate the sunrise, nature really does know about colors when it comes to surprising the viewer. I thought a lot at that moment and that was when I had the most energy to go out.

Comencé mi paseo bien temprano con una caminata por la cuadra de mi barrio, eran ya las 6:00 am , caminando me detuve a contemplar el amanecer, realmente que la naturaleza si sabe de colores cuando se trata de sorprender al espectador. Pensé mucho en ese instante y fue cuando más energía tuve para poder salir.

I left my house very calm, there was not much traffic even though people wake up very early to go to work, better for me, there were moments where I was going at full speed, with the freshness of the morning you have to warm up your body to maintain the temperature, and we achieve that by pedaling faster and then maintaining the rhythm.

Salí de mi casa muy tranquilo, no había mucho tráfico a pesar de que las personas se despiertan muy temprano para ir a trabajar, mejor para mi, hubo momentos donde iba a toda velocidad, con la frescura de la mañana hay que calentar el cuerpo para mantener la temperatura, y eso lo conseguimos pedaleando más rápido y después mantener el ritmo.

I was going at a very good time since the sun barely showed its face, I was going very quickly towards my destination, which was one of the viewpoints of the city, a small park for exercises and walks where you can see the great valley that surrounds This city, crossed by a river, is one of my favorite places, so I go very regularly, plus it is the route I like the most so far because it is very long within the city and you can enjoy the best parts.

Iba en una hora muy buena ya que el sol apenas mostraba su rostro, iba muy rápido hacia mi destino, el cual era uno de los miradores de la ciudad, un pequeño parque de ejercicios y caminatas donde se puede observar el gran valle que rodea a esta ciudad, atravesado por un río, es de mis lugares favoritos, así que voy con mucha regularidad, además que es la ruta que más me gusta hasta ahora porque es muy larga dentro de la ciudad y se puede disfrutar de las mejores partes.

Just look, it is my favorite view, you can easily see the sun rising from the mountains and illuminating the entire city, in the distance the buildings on the east side of the city, which I hope to visit soon to have another perspective. Looking towards the right side of the mountains, this is my favorite view, the green and blue, the colors of our planet, without a doubt I love this place, and if the road continued up to that mountain I would not think twice to go and enter those mountains.

Solo observen, es mi vista favorita, puede verse fácilmente el sol saliendo de las montañas e iluminando toda la ciudad, a lo lejos los edificios del este de la ciudad, el cual espero visitar pronto para tener otra perspectiva. Mirando hacia la parte derecha de las montañas, esta mi vista preferida, el verde y azul, los colores de nuestro planeta, sin duda amo este sitio, y si la carretera siguiera hasta esa montaña no lo pensaría dos veces para ir y adentrarme en esas

Sin duda, la bicicleta nos puede hacer volar, porque mientras manejamos nuestra imaginación vuela, pensamos mejor, y nuestro cuerpo se vivifica y se fortalece. Pasear en bicicleta es la mejor terapia que puede existir, la bicicleta es el reflejo de la vida, esta se detiene si nosotros nos cansamos.

On the way back I made a stop at the city's monument, the great obelisk, I rested a little, it is a place where cyclists usually meet very early to go out riding. I was able to see some acquaintances who were heading to other parts, I hope to be able to condition my bicycle better, do maintenance to do longer rides, and most importantly buy a safety and protection helmet to go out with confidence.

De regreso hice una parada en el monumento de la ciudad, el gran obelisco, estuve descansando un poco, es un lugar donde los ciclistas suelen encontrarse muy temprano para salir a rodar. Pude ver algunos conocidos que se dirgían a otras partes, espero poder acondicionar mejor mi bicicleta, hacerle mantenimiento para hacer rustas más largas, y lo más importante comprar un casco de seguridad y protección para salir con confianza.
