I can relate to your sentiments... I remember after the first woman I fell in love with passed away from a rare form of cancer it was a year later or a few years later I forget exactly when, but there was a beautiful rainbow on her birthday or close to it. Or something like that... Maybe it was around the time we met or the day she passed away... I can't remember all the details, but I was just so horribly depressed I wanted to die and then seeing that rainbow come out on such a meaningful day felt like a spiritual sign from her and the universe.
PS... I feel kind of bad I can't remember the exact details, there's a post of it on my Facebook page somewhere, but... It's been a long time!
And, yes... Despite how I never thought things could be okay, these days I tend to like that Bob Marley song that says everything is going to be alright... In the grand scheme of the universe maybe there is no death and maybe we all go on forever. <3
