Wedding Venue Hunting, A Spacey Semi Outdoor Venue Perfect For Rainy Season

Hello my dear friends.
In this lovely evening, i had the chance to go with my family to have dinner together. While the dinner is our short term goal, our main and long term goal are “wedding venue” hunting. Yes, we will looking for one of the wedding venue option for my wedding. I dont know if its right to share this in here or not. In a way, i am kinda scared that i will jinxed it. In another aspect, of course i consult with my friends and such, so what is the difference that i share it with my friends in this platform. Hopefully, everything will go as it planned.

In the beginning, i planned to get married in my house. It saved a lot of money because its hard to find a cheap wedding venue. Let me share my motive first. I dont want to spend a lot of money for wedding. I planned to have a simple wedding. Wedding makes us spending a lot of money, and for what? I prefer those money to go to what me and my future husband really need in our marriage life. I dont want to be princess for a day. I dont care about those kind if things. However, i have parents, relatives, future in laws, and friends. I dont want to make my parents sad with not have any wedding things other than the akad. I will not meet my family and friends for a long time after my wedding since i will move to where my husband live, so rather than wedding reception, this is kind of a farewell party for me. The time where i can meet my friends, my family, my relatives, till i can meet again one day in the future.

Well, i was being emotional writing that paragraph but lets go to my main objective to share about this wedding venue that i choose. This is not 100% fixed yet because we dont have a fixed date yet but its probably the place i will choose to have my wedding. This place is originally a cafe, but they have this semi outdoor place that they can rented as a wedding venue. They said that they make this place right for that. Maybe the owner saw the opportunity from renting a venue while opening a cafe.

While we will have the wedding, their cafe will be opened as usual. But, they close the space only for this space. So, the other side if the cafe are still available. I didnt take the pictures of the other side if the cafe because my main focus coming here just to see what this place looks like.

What makes me like this place because:

• Its semi outdoor. Since i dont plant have a grand wedding, it will be awkward if i make my wedding in an indoor space. That is why i choose to have an outdoor wedding. Since its already rainy season, its important to find a venue that can make sure to not give us the trouble if the rain comes. There is one place that i like more than this one, but its too exposed to sun and rain. I feel pitiful for my guests if its too hot and if its rain.

• As you will see in the pictures that i will attach below, they already have some decoration in this place. It means that i can save a lot of money for the decoration. I barely have to decorate the place. My goal is to save money so this is such a good one.

• They have big parking spaces and praying space. Since most of my family are praying 5 times a day, its very important to find a place that have this feature. I dont want my family to find a hard time to pray when ifs time.
