Amsterdam-Zuid Architectural Attractions | Non-Touristy | Aspiring Photographer | Netherlands
I was riding a metro and was observing places where should I visit next because my itchy feet wanted so. You know that feeling when you didnt explore that location but you wanted to just hop there because you've seen it from afar and says dammmnnn I just really wanna stop by and yeah man go for it!!
SOo here I am, woooot woooottt!!! Taking a breather and showing you the other non-touristy attractions in the other side of Amsterdam.
Hello there this is @fernwehninja, an avid traveler, seeker of adventure, lover of knowledge and an Aspiring Photographer. Welcome to my content!
Stumbled into this unique, creative yet impressive architecture. This doesn't cost me any single penny but experience, knowledge, freedom and moments to share for fellow travelers and content creators.
Located in the heart of Amsterdam- Zuid, right just next to the train station and metro.
The architectural style is significantly different from that found in Amsterdam's city center and other locations, which makes me enthusiastic capturing photos of amazing scenes I haven't seen before. This place is incredibly unique and upscale in my opinion.
This is my first visit, and based on what I've noticed, these areas must have been popular for business hubs.
Valley Amsterdam
When viewing The Valley from a distance. You would surely intrigued by its lavish facade. It is impressive, cool, chaotic, and a masterpiece of art. I took a stroll to photograph the building's entire construction.
Surprise!!!!! Who would have thought that you can see a football court here!!! Awe-striking!!! Best view everrrr!!! 😍 I'm inloveeee!!
Symphony Office Tower
The Symphony Office Tower is absolutely superb location for rental properties, offices and conference events. The building looks simple yet captivating on the front side.
Django Building
As I stroll around the area. Not only I've seen huge building structures but also brightly coloured and small ones. The Diango Building is situated within the city block with the lowest elevation around the tallest structures in the vicinity.
I am delighted to observe how distinctive and photogenic these areas in terms of well-structured constructions, which includes its exquisite colour combination.
The Ito-Toren
When I read this building name for the first time, I was accurate when I assumed that this could have been designed by a Japanese architect.
Toyo Ito, renowned worldwide for his innovative and prominent architecture composed of conceptual models that aims to express both real and virtual elements.
Excellent place for modern offices and business conferences. You may wonder the name Houthoff in the front picture is a law office located just in front of Amsterdam Zuid Station.
ABN-Amro Building
The ABN-Amro Bank showcases a different level of architecture in Amsterdam Zuid.
It surprises me to discover varieties of changes in the unique mind of individuals. In addition, it is truly fascinating to see numerous architectural alterations that match in a particular area!
Well, I've been living in the Netherlands for almost 4 years now and there are still tons of wonderful attractions to discover. I live closer to the districts of Amsterdam and I heard and observed that you can't just simply alter your own home or building based to your preferences, especially the exterior.
In terms of the structure, area, and color scheme, it should be rather uniform. You are required to hire an engineer for that. Therefore, I suggest you to find a location that piques your great interest or that correspond to your main concerns when it comes to housing, business or office space.
I ended my day searching for a good ramen and discovered a perfect getaway for culinary adventure: The Market 33 is a hot spot!! From the railway station, getting there on foot would only take 3 minutes.
Everything you can find in one place from appetizers, snacks, dessert, cafes, international cuisine, bars and more. I will write about this area in my next content.
