I am so sorry for only responding now. The last two weeks were hectic. I thought I would be able to cope under all the stress, but soon the body failed and gave warning signs that I am not super human.
So true, through voting we can begin to ask for change. Even though slow process, it is the only real thing we can do.

Weeks are crammed here as well, from one thing to the next we push on, take a break pressure builds quickly of late.

It seems again like this time of year I am not able to juggle all of the balls well. I have so many submission dates and deadlines, it is not a very period! I am so sorry for the long wait in response. The harder I try to manage my time, the worse it gets. Hopefully, all is well and good on your side. Stay safe!
