I was sitting in a Hippie village and couldn't leave for some weeks.
Other people would come and go. I was playing chess and reading books, that people handed me.
That's how I read Gladwell.

I also read 'The brain that changes itself' by Doidge there;
All these debates about nature vs nurture and intuition and whatnot, can be put aside.
Neuroscience has figured it out.

So whatever the disagreement between Kahnemann and Gladwell may be, they are most likely both wrong and should just look into Neuroscience some.

Funny how these two separate books randomly and after almost 10 years connect again here...

Anyways: 'The brain that changes itself' <- Strong recommendation.

I also go to a (mostly Hungarian) hippie community on Tenerife on this Friday (on 2023.04.21). I am happy to read your (and anyone/everyone else's) good experience. This will be my first experience with the hippie life.

Have a nice day. All the best. Greetings and much love from Hungary.
