Greetings mushroom lovers!
I did not want to miss the opportunity to share with you these images of these specimens of the fungi genus, which we simply call ear of wood and which was born in the remains of the last pruning that it has not been possible to use as firewood thanks to the constant rains.

Before writing this post, go through the Wikipedia page where they state that it is possible that these mushrooms have medicinal properties, but being totally ignorant on the matter, I will refrain from even touching them, just in case their properties are contrary to health.
I really admire the connoisseurs, who on a walk in the woods, collect enough material for an exquisite gourmet meal.

Surprising beauty of nature that brings us so much from this Fungi kingdom, which we previously simply knew as mushrooms and yeasts, to which we must thank more than we imagine, without them it would not be possible, bread, wine and beer and even the vinegar to dress the salad and yogurt for breakfast.
