Recipe: Healthy Kalmi Shag Cooking.

Hello friends, how are you all? I hope you are all healthy and well. I am also well by the grace of God. I try to share some kind of post with you every day. But I was a little busy for the last two days and I was a little sick from yesterday, so I could not share the post with you. But this morning I have come to you with a very healthy and tasty recipe. Vegetables are very good for our health. In a way, vegetables can be eaten but fish and meat cannot be eaten. Again, vegetables contain a lot of vitamins from fish and meat. People can gain strength without eating fish and meat, but many types of diseases occur if they do not eat vegetables. I have come to you with a very beautiful vegetable recipe. I hope you will like the Kalmi Shak recipe I shared today. My father-in-law has four ponds and there are many Kalmi Shak on the banks of the ponds. He picked Kalmi Shak from there yesterday. I cooked it at night and today I will present that recipe to you now.

Required Ingredients

First, I put a pot on the stove, added a little water, and added the chopped kale. When cooking kale, you have to cut it into small pieces.

Then I stirred it lightly. Then I added chopped green chilies, chopped onion, and chopped garlic to the chopped kale. Then I stirred it well.

Once it is lightly boiled, add two teaspoons of salt. You can add salt according to your taste.

Once all the ingredients were added, I simmered the kale and spices over low heat for about 10 minutes.

Then I put some oil in a pot. When the oil was hot, I added a little more chopped onion and a little chopped garlic. Along with that, I lightly fried a few whole cumin seeds. Then I fried them for a while until they turned reddish.

Then I added the boiled kale leaves. Then I fried them for a while and cooked them. It will take about 10-15 minutes to cook here.
