Recipe: Cooked mrigal fish with potatoes and curry.

How are you all, friends? I hope you are all healthy and well. I am also well, Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah. Like every day, today I have come to you with a new recipe post. Today I will share with you the recipe for cooking mrigel fish with potato and kachu. Potato and kachu are my favorite vegetables. Cooking any type of fish with potatoes is very fun to eat. But cooking pangas fish with kachu is the most enjoyable for me, but that day pangas fish was not available. So I cooked kachu with a large size mrigel fish. Since my son is small and loves to eat fried fish and kachu. Your brother also loves to eat kachu. So I always try to cook according to everyone's preferences. After cooking the kachu, it melts completely and becomes slippery, so it is delicious to eat. The picture I shared with you first is the picture of your brother when he showed it on TV at school. Actually, I made the recipe, but it was great, but I will not be able to present it at the end. But I always try to share interesting recipes with you. I hope that from now on I will be able to share new recipes with you regularly. In fact, it is very difficult to give time to you in my busy life with a small child. But I cannot express how much I feel when I can give time to you. Now I am presenting to you how I made the complete recipe. I hope you will like the recipe.

First, I put a pot on the stove and added a little oil to it. When the oil is hot, add a little more chopped onion. Then, stir gently and lightly fry the chopped onion.

Then add the chopped cabbage and potatoes. Then add enough salt and mix well.

If you ask for salt, I would add one tablespoon of turmeric powder and three tablespoons of chili powder, but you can adjust this according to your taste. Some people like less salt, while others like more salt.

Once all the ingredients are added, stir well for a while. Then add a little water. Then stir for a while and when the water dries up, the grinding will be complete. Cooking in this way enhances the taste of the food.

Then I added a little water to keep the broth. If you want to keep it a little thicker, you will have to add a little more water. I want to keep it weak, so I added about half a kilo of water here. Then I will stir it well again.

When the water boils, add the pre-fried fish. I added about seven pieces of fish. You can add as many pieces of fish as you want. You can also use any type of fish to cook.

I cooked it for 20 minutes on low heat. After cooking, it was very tasty. Sometimes, some foods are very tasty when cooked. If you want, you can make this recipe at home one day. But not today.
