In today's bustling world, we sometimes yearn for the quiet moments and sweet memories of the past. Nostalgic photography is a gateway to this evocative world. By capturing images in the style and spirit of times gone by, we can evoke a sense of nostalgia in ourselves and our viewers.

In this photography, I was looking to record images with the mood of the past. A special nostalgic feeling‌.

A cafe with old decor and nostalgic objects was an ideal space for what we wanted to capture through photography. In this space, natural light from the windows, decorative objects such as old cameras, old magazines and books, and classic clothes can be used to create nostalgic images. But we did it a little differently

We chose the dark atmosphere of the cafe. It is practically unrecognizable in the photos. Because we wanted to use the accessories available in the cafe, such as Pasteur cards and an old camera, to create a nostalgic atmosphere, and even black and white photography was done to focus on what we said.

Fortunately, my model Mehri was an attractive woman. She was 23 years old. Despite the preference for natural light, an artificial light branch has been used to distinguish and illuminate the model's face. The soft lighting created an intimate and memorable atmosphere in the photos. The model, wearing a white shirt, black pants, hat and sassband, displayed a classic style related to the photography job. This style helped instill a sense of nostalgia in the photos.

At first, photos were taken of the model sitting on a chair with a magazine, and later with a camera in her hand and a number of Pasteur in her hand, all that was meant. we did Then, by letting go of the model and encouraging her to express her inner feelings, we captured more natural and creative poses.

An important thing to remember in all photo shoots is that creating an intimate and friendly atmosphere will help your model feel comfortable and pose more naturally and better.
