Funny that. I’ve had some stomach bug for more than a week now and feeling mainly brain foggy and weird too, although I seem to be getting back on my feet today. The September heatwave didn’t help either!

Maybe something that’s going around…
My brain is foggy too but that’s hormonal hehehe 🤭 I seem to be doing weird stuff this last month, like putting something in the fridge that doesn’t belong there… or waiting for a pan to get warm to cook and I haven’t switch the stove on… ach well… must be all part of the changes !LOL
I can imagine, here we didn’t have such hot weather… missed summer this year, although it looks like that.

Oh, I can relate to doing weird things. They happen to me all the time, but more so when I feel stressed and/or processing a lot in my head. I find I’m so focused on my thoughts, that everything else is on autopilot and weird shit happens. Or on my phone doing 10 things at the time 😉

The weather is lovely again this weekend. I’m outside most of the day in my shorts and vest 😁

Oh those moments do trigger more weird things. I understand.
Here rain…lots of rain, but I see a few hours dry tomorrow so we will go out with our family /visitors that are here for a week.

Insomnia… hmm 🤔 Not sure which one I’d prefer. Probably both are no good, but when I’m feeling low, sleep is my go-to to avoid reality 😉 I’d probably like a nice and healthy 7-8h and no more or no less every night 😁

On that note, if I go to sleep now, my wish might just be granted 😍💙

I think both are not so good.
Let’s hope I can rest my body this week a bit. Our visitors just left.
Now cleaning house and washing bedding… Friday I hop on a flight again. So busy weeks to come still.
