Hello friends.

I cooked samosas for lunch today.

I would like to share the recipe with you.
To prepare this dish, May changes the food ingredients.

I will make the ingredients of the bread according to your taste.
I was chosen from the simplest materials.



Ingredients I used:

  • boiled potato
  • fried onion
  • Thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Parsley


Chop the vegetables and pour all the ingredients on the potatoes and mash them.

I used a type of bread that is in Iran called lavash bread. You can use yufka paste.
I cut the bread into strips and put the ingredients in one of the corners of the bread and wrapped the bread into a triangle.
We put the last part of the bread strip inside the wrapped buns as in the photo so that it does not open during frying.

To prepare samosa, you can use

  • Use minced meat, tomatoes, fried potatoes and all kinds of vegetables.
    These ingredients that I have chosen are the traditional type of samosa that is made in the south of Iran.

It is one of the street foods of Iran.

We can eat and enjoy it with various sauces.
