La primavera, con su esplendor y renovación, es una época del año que inspira el amor y la admiración por la belleza que nos rodea. Es un momento en el que la naturaleza despierta de su letargo invernal y se viste con un manto de colores vibrantes y aromas embriagadores. Observar cómo florecen las plantas y los árboles es un espectáculo que llena el corazón de alegría y asombro. Entre estos majestuosos ejemplares se encuentra el samán, un árbol imponente que, durante la primavera, se adorna con una exuberante y colorida flor roja carmesí (Por lo menos este ejemplar), que contrasta vívidamente con el verde intenso de sus hojas.

Spring, with its splendor and renewal, is a time of year that inspires love and admiration for the beauty that surrounds us. It is a time when nature awakens from its winter slumber and dons a blanket of vibrant colors and intoxicating scents. Watching plants and trees bloom is a spectacle that fills the heart with joy and wonder. Among these majestic specimens is the saman, an imposing tree that, during spring, is adorned with an exuberant and colorful crimson red flower (at least this specimen), which contrasts vividly with the intense green of its leaves.

El samán, también conocido como algarrobo, es una especie nativa de América tropical que se distingue por su imponente porte y su generosa sombra, en este caso mi eposa y yo veniamos de caminar bajo un sol imponente y ncontramos a este hermoso saman y aprovechamos su sombra. Su presencia en el paisaje es sinónimo de fortaleza y belleza, y durante la primavera, se convierte en el centro de atención gracias a las llamativas flores que adornan su frondoso ramaje. Estas flores, de un rojo intenso y tonalidades carmesí, atraen a los insectos polinizadores y añaden un toque de color y vida al entorno.

La idea de capturar este efímero y hermoso espectáculo en una serie de fotografías resulta irresistible. La fotografía, como arte visual, tiene el poder de inmortalizar momentos y emociones, permitiéndonos revivirlos una y otra vez. Y qué mejor momento para capturar la belleza de la primavera que cuando el samán está en plena floración, ofreciendo un festín para los sentidos y el alma. The saman, also known as carob tree, is a species native to tropical America that is distinguished by its imposing size and generous shade, in this case my wife and I came from walking under an imposing sun and we found this beautiful saman and took advantage of its shade. Its presence in the landscape is synonymous with strength and beauty, and during the spring, it becomes the center of attention thanks to the striking flowers that adorn its leafy branches. These deep red and crimson flowers attract pollinating insects and add a touch of color and life to the environment.

The idea of capturing this ephemeral and beautiful spectacle in a series of photographs is irresistible. Photography, as a visual art, has the power to immortalize moments and emotions, allowing us to relive them over and over again. And what better time to capture the beauty of spring than when the saman is in full bloom, offering a feast for the senses and the soul. So, equipped with my phone and my passion for photography, I venture to create a small photo section dedicated to this magnificent tree and its exuberant flowers.

El proceso de fotografía es más que simplemente apuntar y disparar. Requiere sensibilidad artística, conocimiento técnico y paciencia para capturar la esencia y la belleza de un momento. Busco el ángulo perfecto, la luz adecuada y el encuadre que mejor resalte la majestuosidad del samán y la delicadeza de sus flores. Observo cómo la luz del sol acaricia las hojas y cómo las sombras bailan entre los pétalos, creando un juego de luces y sombras que añade profundidad y textura a mis fotografías.

Cada foto es un intento de capturar la esencia efímera de la primavera, de preservar en una imagen la belleza y el esplendor de este momento único en el tiempo. Me sumerjo en el proceso creativo, dejando que mi intuición y mi pasión guíen mis movimientos. A medida que avanzo en mi sesión de fotos, me siento cada vez más conectado con el samán y su entorno. Me deleito con el perfume dulce de las flores y el susurro suave de las hojas movidas por la brisa primaveral. Cada imagen que capturo es un tributo a la belleza y la armonía de la naturaleza, un testimonio de mi admiración y gratitud hacia este maravilloso mundo en el que vivimos.

The photography process is more than just point and shoot. It requires artistic sensitivity, technical knowledge and patience to capture the essence and beauty of a moment. I look for the perfect angle, the right light and the framing that best highlights the majesty of the saman tree and the delicacy of its flowers. I observe how the sunlight caresses the leaves and how the shadows dance between the petals, creating a play of light and shadow that adds depth and texture to my photographs.

Each photo is an attempt to capture the ephemeral essence of spring, to preserve in an image the beauty and splendor of this unique moment in time. I immerse myself in the creative process, letting my intuition and passion guide my movements. I marvel at the perfection of nature and the magic of photography, two powerful forces that merge in an instant of eternity.

As I progress through my photo shoot, I feel more and more connected to the saman tree and its surroundings. I delight in the sweet scent of the flowers and the soft rustle of the leaves moved by the spring breeze. Each image I capture is a tribute to the beauty and harmony of nature, a testimony of my admiration and gratitude towards this wonderful world we live in.

Al final de mi sesión de fotos, reviso con satisfacción el resultado de mi trabajo. Las imágenes que he creado son mucho más que simples fotografías; son instantáneas de la vida y la belleza que nos rodea, momentos congelados en el tiempo que nos recuerdan la maravilla y el misterio de la primavera. Y aunque sé que las flores del samán eventualmente se desvanecerán y caerán al suelo, mis fotografías perdurarán como testigos silenciosos de su efímera grandeza.

At the end of my photo shoot, I review with satisfaction the result of my work.
