Winter holidays in Veliky Ustyug

In Veliky Ustyug, in my homeland, I visit very often for work that I do not have to miss this city. But it is not often possible to walk freely and take pictures on any abstract topics.

Winter holidays turned out to be frosty, but despite the burning cold, there are a lot of walking tourists.

Near the river, the frost is felt more strongly due to the increased humidity.

In general, our -25 degrees of frost are comparable to Siberian -45 degrees! Yes, all because of the same humidity.

But at the first opportunity, I immediately go to the Sukhona River, even if it is frozen.

70% of all my dreams are related to rivers! Probably because I grew up on the banks of rivers.

Previously, I would not shoot such banal views in view of their banality.

But when you visit rarely, then you become happy with such views.

Plus, there are people in the photographs who are always different.

For a long time I don’t have a feeling of longing for my native city, there are just places that I would like to visit because of their energy strength.

Just go there, absorb the energy and move on.

These pictures, like hot cakes, scattered across various publics in social networks.

People were waiting for a fresh look at their familiar places.

Yes, and I looked in a new way at what I know by heart.
