Slides in Evkovka Park

Evkovka Park is located in the 6th microdistrict of the city of Vologda. This place is very popular in winter time as there are hills here.

The park is undeveloped, neglected in places, the Evkovka River flows through it.

But even despite the lack of improvement, there are always a lot of people here.

In this place, I have repeatedly filmed, in particular the slides for the second time.

The park is more in demand in winter, namely as a slides on slopes.

In spring and summer, people simply walk here with children or dogs.

I will have to re-read the spring post about the park and see what other times I would like to photograph it.

It’s good, probably, for those people who live very close with children: get out of the house and ride all day down the hill.

When I lived in another city, there was also a natural slide in my yard.

My houses were in a lowland at the place of elevation change.

Guys from neighboring yards used to come to our yard to ride.

Therefore, I know everything about slides, from materials for riding, to methods and poses.

It's great that this winter tradition is still alive!
