Gribkovo. Part 1
Gribkovo is a village in the Vologda district of the Vologda region, part of Podlesnoye rural settlement . The distance to Vologda is 15.5 km. There is a poultry farm in the village.
As soon as I visit a village, I immediately start studying it from the nearest yards.
I immediately want to find something like dugouts or some other features that distinguish this village from others.
And after walking quite a bit, I already find something unusual.
At first, this little "house" seemed to me to be some kind of technical structure in the form of a transformer, column, or some other utility element.
I did not attach any importance to this and went on, as usual, photographing the courtyard spaces of the Gribkovo village.
Yards here have already become familiar to the suburban villages of Vologda.
Buildings higher than five floors were not seen in any settlement.
But then everything became clear: there are just a huge number of these houses at every step!
I still don't understand what those structures are.
If these are the entrances to the pits where people store vegetables, then how did the authorities allow them to be dug so close to the houses?
As the courtyards were explored, the questions did not become less.
There is a small height difference here.
There is a kindergarten in the center of one block.
The population here is about a thousand people, many private houses.
There are cottages at the entrance to the village.
In general, it is quiet here and not as gloomy as in previous places.
To be continued...
There seems to be roughly the same amount of snow over there as here and it seems to be disappearing as fast as here.
