Courtyard spaces. Losta-2
The microdistrict of Losta can be divided into two parts: the multi-storey sector (the new part) and the private sector (the old part).
The multi-storey sector consists of houses of different eras, where there are both new brick houses and houses of the Khruschev era.
In the old part of Losta there is a private sector in the form of ordinary houses, new cottages and barracks of the Stalin era.
There is nothing further beyond the Losta....it's dead end.
There are also suburban communities, behind which there are former peat bogs.
In Losta, I liked the places in both the old and the new part. But pointwise.
Of course, I wouldn't want to live here.
Despite the coziness of many places, I can't imagine living near a railway with constant noise.
The closest houses to the railway are 25 m away.
It's a constant vibration and rumble!
And there are few prospects for development in the railway settlements.
I'm more interested in places along rivers or at elevation differences.
Although there are unexpected sensations from seemingly boring places at first glance.
I realized something again. It turns out that if a person reaches a state of happiness without additional efforts and the use of funds in the form of money or material things, then this is an indicator of a very high spiritual level.
Yes, I overheard it from a famous person, but most importantly, I realized it myself.
A person who needs a tool in the form of a lot of money or expensive things for happiness can also achieve this state, but for this he needs a lot.
And someone does not need almost anything and he is happy.
The most important thing in life is to achieve this inner state of happiness.
After all, if you are happy, then nothing bothers you, it doesn't matter to you what anyone has and who says what.
And who cares, he is not happy. He has everything, or at least has a lot, but there is no most important thing – a state of happiness.
To be continued...
