Hola a todos! como ya les he contado, en menos de 2 meses Olivia va a cumplir 2 años, y ya ella empezó a recibir regalos adelantados, uno de ellos es la bicicleta sin pedales que les muestro en este post y que se la regaló su tía @esthefanychacin, y la verdad es que ha sido un excelente regalo porque tiene muchos beneficios para el desarrollo de Olivia. Ahora bien, la idea de la bicicleta surgió porque su tía Esthefany se dió cuenta de que Olivia ama andar su triciclo pero este ya le está quedando pequeño por lo que quiso regalarle una bicicleta a Olivia, pero como ella aún está pequeña para la bicicleta con pedales, la mejor opción era la bicicleta sin pedales de la que tenían varios modelos en la tienda, aunque no fue difícil elegir porque nosotros buscabamos una de color rosado y no tan pesada y la de marca Cariboo fue una excelente opción en este caso.

En la tienda Olivia estaba muy entusiasmada, y se dejó probar incluso el casco pues su tía quiere que ella esté muy protegida, también le compramos rodilleras y coderas y más tarde en casa mi esposo Pawel fue el encargado de armar la bicicleta con su ayudante Olivia jajaja quien estaba ansiosa por montarla. El primer día Olivia necesitaba nuestra ayuda para andar pues todavía no tenía suficiente equilibrio, y ya con una semana andando la bicicleta les cuento que ya anda sola y lo hace muy bien, aunque algunas veces me acelera el corazón pero vale la pena confiar en ella y verla tan feliz andando.

Finalmente, la bicicleta sin pedales para los niños de la edad de Olivia es muy útil ya que la misma fomenta el equilibrio, les ayuda con la coordinación y a fortalecer la motricidad gruesa, además de que ganan confianza en si mismos y se divierten mucho por lo que sin duda alguna se las recomiendo, y es que es perfecta porque les ayuda a prepararse para montar la bicicleta con pedales en el futuro sin dejar de andar.

It has been an excellent gift because it has many benefits for Olivia's development. The idea for the bike came about because her aunt Esthefany realized that Olivia loves riding her tricycle, but she's outgrowing it, so she wanted to give Olivia a bike. But since she is still too small for a bike with pedals, the best option was a balance bike, of which there were several models in the store. It wasn't difficult to choose because we were looking for a pink one that wasn't too heavy, and the Cariboo brand was an excellent choice in this case.

Olivia was very excited in the store, and she even let them try on a helmet because her aunt wants her to be very protected. We also bought her knee pads and elbow pads, and later at home, my husband Pawel was in charge of assembling the bike with his assistant Olivia, who was eager to ride it. On the first day, Olivia needed our help to ride because she didn't have enough balance yet, but after a week of riding the bike, I can tell you that she now rides on her own and does very well, although sometimes my heart races, but it's worth trusting her and seeing her so happy riding.

Finally, balance bikes for children Olivia's age are very useful because they promote balance, help with coordination, and strengthen gross motor skills. They also boost self-confidence and are a lot of fun, so I definitely recommend them.
