Fake news travels faster without transportation

Happy new month and happy weekend to you all, trust you are having a fun full weekend.
Today is the last day for this week's edition of the @hivelearners weekly prompt and I'm glad to be a participant.

Talking about fake news, where you can find it very easy is on the social media because everyone wants to be known, sometimes new will just pop up on your phone from a particular browser about an incident and the next minute another browse talking about that same incident with a different report, the days me that bafos me the most is the number of people mentioned on daily basis that died in a particular place and you will be wondering all this number of people hmmmm.

One day a close friend of mine called me she was coming over to stay with my family, this was something we have been planning for her to come and visit, I was so happy when she told me about it, because she is my bosom friend and we haven't seen for years now so when she called I was so excited I quickly inform my mum, and my siblings about it. We were all happy, so I quickly arranged my room. She was to travel from warri to Port Harcourt.

I was busy calling her from time to time to know her location so I can pick her up in the pack immediately after she arrives due to the fact she has been to port Harcourt before. My dear reader my friend keep telling me she is at this point the next time I will call she is at this place hmmm I did not know she was kidding me till when I got fade up and she called me the last time to tell me it was "APRIL FOOL" 😭😭😭

I was very angry with her because for making a fool of me, my mum and my siblings were just making a mockery of me. Hmm so angry and sad, I stayed inside my room through that evening till the next day. That stuff nearly ended our relationship.

Fake news is something that can make someone lose trust for someone or something. It is even worse when it is a negative one you can even slum or have a heart attack. It is not a good thing to do.
