Today was one of those wonderful days for me. I was just walking around checking on my farm and my eyes spotted the better leaf, one of the remarkable vegetables I have been very intentional about planting, bitter leaf is a common traditional meal here in Africa, while the name may not sound appealing, it health benefits can't be ignored. They are numerous and very impressive.
