My First Memory: Police Dogs, Flood & The Drainage by @ethical-shots
Good day guys!
This is my first memory for my
"Daily Memories with Ethical-shots" series. Today I decided to take in my immediate environment.
As I was about to start, two police dogs from the police lodge just walked into our compound.
Omg 😅 Don’t worry, they’re all friendly.
I couldn’t wait to take some pictures of them. One was hairy and the other one had short, plain skin.
My biggest surprise? This was the first time I’d seen them in our compound. And they acted like I was the owner. They even followed me around as I was taking pictures of the environment.
THE AFTERMATH OF THE FLOOD
Three days ago, there was heavy flooding that destroyed people’s lives and properties.
So I walked to the drainage passage. It was unbelievable to see that water was still running through it. It looked scary.
I took a picture of the tarred road that was destroyed by heavy erosion. Bushes and grasses were blocking the passage of the water.
From our compound to the drainage passage is just a 10-minute walk. Luckily for us, it didn’t affect our home. But we’ll still need to clear the drainage and build some pavement to prevent future erosion.
I also managed to get a clear shot of the road that leads to where the erosion passes through the environment.
The outcome of the flood was massive and destructive. Victims and property owners evacuated the environment, soliciting for help from the government and organizations. I almost forget, the flood didn't just affect road and houses but also affected some farm land and crops which I included in the pictures attached to the post.
People are crying 😭😭. Properties gone, lives destroyed, life time investment jeopardize
Anyways, I was just taking memories and nothing I can do for now to help. But don't go away, if calvary arrives for them, I will let you know.

Mi Primera Memoria: Perros Policía, Inundación y El Drenaje*

¡Buenos días chicos!
Esta es mi primera memoria para mi serie Memorias Diarias con Ethical-shots. Hoy decidí observar mi entorno inmediato.
Cuando estaba a punto de empezar, dos perros policía de la comisaría acaban de entrar a nuestro complejo.
¡Omg 😅 Tranquilos, todos son amistosos!
No pude esperar para tomarles algunas fotos. Uno era peludo y el otro tenía el pelo corto y piel lisa.
¿Mi mayor sorpresa? Era la primera vez que los veía en nuestro complejo. Y se comportaron como si yo fuera el dueño. Incluso me siguieron mientras tomaba fotos del entorno.
Las Consecuencias de la Inundación
Hace tres días hubo una fuerte inundación que destruyó vidas y propiedades de las personas.
Así que caminé hasta el paso del drenaje. Era increíble ver que el agua todavía corría por ahí. Se veía aterrador.
Tomé una foto de la carretera asfaltada que fue destruida por la fuerte erosión. Arbustos y hierba estaban bloqueando el paso del agua.
De nuestro complejo al paso del drenaje solo hay 10 minutos caminando. Por suerte, a nosotros no nos afectó. Pero igual necesitaremos limpiar el drenaje y construir algo de pavimento para prevenir futuras erosiones.
También logré tomar una foto clara del camino que lleva a donde pasa la erosión a través del entorno.
El resultado de la inundación fue masivo y destructivo. Las víctimas y los propietarios evacuaron la zona, pidiendo ayuda al gobierno y a las organizaciones. Casi lo olvido: la inundación no solo afectó carreteras y casas, también afectó algunas tierras de cultivo y cosechas, las cuales incluí en las fotos adjuntas al post.
La gente está llorando 😭😭. Propiedades perdidas, vidas destruidas, inversiones de toda una vida en peligro.
De todos modos, yo solo estaba tomando memorias y por ahora no puedo hacer nada para ayudar. Pero no te vayas, si llega ayuda para ellos, te lo haré saber.
