My Desire For Talking Drum

Hello, good day to all my fellow colleagues, it's a pleasure. I want to write about my desire on talking drum. In Africa setting and in my own perspective,a talking drum is that type of drum in the West Africa, particularly fthe Yoruba people in western part of Nigeria. It imitate the tone ,rhythms of spoken language of these people. So traditionally, the Yoruba people normally go with this talking drum on different occasions to different their cultures with others.

It was a welcome development that I decided to take advantage of a Yoruba man that lives around my environment that always be playing this drum mostly in the traditional marriages and any ceremonial events, what really attracted me to learn this drum is the rhythm that it produces and the way people are listening to it and dancing steps.

I tried for the purpose of entertaining aged people in the society because of old men and women need so of this musical instrument to be played to them in other to have a free mindset, reduce stress and over thinking.

While on the training, I take it serious and focus to make sure I meet up with my target of 6 months training duration.
The talking drum is so unique and interesting,as a matter of fact,I see more value in learning this drum,it will be taking me to different occasions for entertainment.

Now a days,schools like higher institutions, primary school, nursery schools ,now that there's no too much work,so youths are to be Creative to suit the current state of economic situation, just to find something doing. So I advise you to find something creative and do for sake of meeting up with the current economic situation. So to me I like playing talking drum and I want to make it a business in the world of entertainment.
