Introduce Myself: "Siempre me interesó el mundo de las letras" (es/en)

¡Hola, amiga y amigo de HIVE! Soy nuevo en esta travesía en la que espero conocer nuevos amigos, interactuar con ustedes y enriquecer un poco más mis conocimientos. De toda experiencia se aprende. Llegué a HIVE mediante un buen amigo, fue quien me habló de los beneficios que ofrece esta plataforma virtual que no conocía hasta ahora. Esta sería mi primera publicación, en la que me piden hable un poco de mí y aunque me resulte un poco incómodo, ahí les va.

Me presento: Mi nombre es Ernesto Alejandro Bandomo Ihanes, tengo 32 años. Natural de Trinidad, pedacito de tierra de la región central, conocida como la ciudad Museo del Caribe. Si aún no ha visitado la hermosa villa trinitaria, aprovecho, valga la redundancia, para incitar a que la visites. Trinidad promete darte un viaje inolvidable a través del tiempo, pues su gente, sus calles y sus edificaciones antiguas mezclan tradición y modernidad. ¡La invitación está hecha!

I came to HIVE through a good friend, he was the one who told me about the benefits offered by this virtual platform that I didn't know about until now. This would be my first publication, in which they ask me to talk a little about myself and although it is a bit uncomfortable for me, here it goes.

I introduce myself: My name is Ernesto Alejandro Bandomo Ihanes, I am 32 years old. Born in Trinidad, a small piece of land in the central region, known as the Caribbean Museum City. If you have not yet visited the beautiful Trinidadian village, I take advantage, worth the redundancy, to encourage you to visit it. Volviendo al tema, desde muy niño siempre me interesó el mundo de las letras, leer, escribir, aunque sin asesoramiento profesional, quiero decir, escribía por el simple hecho de que me gustaba y sentía la necesidad de expresarme por medio de la escritura (cuentos, relatos, poesía etc) Nunca pertenecí a taller literario alguno donde promover, fomentar y alimentar mi sed de escribir (sólo lo hacía por placer) . Hasta que llegó el momento en que hubo quien me dijese que porque no me hacía miembro en algún taller literario de mi localidad y fue donde entonces ingresé en La Casa de la Cultura Julio Bartolomé Cueva Díaz.

Donde con poca experiencia participé en algún que otro concurso donde obtuve varias menciones y reconocimientos con alguna u otra obra expuesta. Cabe decir que soy de los que intenta rescatar un poco el estilo de poesía que ya ha quedado un poco arcaica, poemas cargados de mucho romanticismo, nostalgia y sentimiento, intentado mezclar un poco la poesía actual con el estilo de poesía de otras generaciones, espero lograrlo. Me autonombré como “El Poeta de la Silla Vacía”, en otra oportunidad les contaré que dio motivo a mi seudónimo.

Going back to the subject, from a very young age I was always interested in the world of letters, reading, writing, although without professional advice, I mean, I wrote for the simple fact that I liked it and felt the need to express myself through writing (stories , stories, poetry etc) I never belonged to any literary workshop where to promote, foster and feed my thirst for writing (I only did it for pleasure). Until the time came when someone told me why I didn't become a member of a literary workshop in my town and that was where I then joined the Julio Bartolomé Cueva Díaz House of Culture.

Where with little experience I participated in some other contest where I obtained several mentions and recognitions with one or another exhibited work. It should be said that I am one of those who tries to rescue a bit of the style of poetry that has already become a bit archaic, poems loaded with a lot of romanticism, nostalgia and feeling, trying to mix a bit of current poetry with the style of poetry of other generations, I hope achieve it. I called myself "The Poet of the Empty Chair", on another occasion I will tell you what gave rise to my pseudonym.

Considero HIVE es la plataforma ideal para dar a conocer lo que hago y que mi talento llegue a más personas, de esta forma retroalimentarme con el talento y el conocimiento de los demás. Me queda mucho por aprender. Gracias a los que hicieron posible este proyecto como los amigos @yventura y @eduardo900613. En lo personal, amo la música electrónica, disco, house, las baladas tanto en inglés como en español, principalmente la de los años 90.

¡Excelente esa música! En mi criterio, no pasa de moda. Uno de mis sueños, visitar un festival de Tomorroland o unas de las discotecas de Ibiza. Me encanta el tango y el merengue, es otro de mis, sueños aprender a bailar tango, es un baile de carácter y personalidad, aunque confieso tengo dos pies izquierdos para el baile. A veces pienso no soy de esta época, menudo gustos los míos.

I consider HIVE to be the ideal platform to publicize what I do and for my talent to reach more people, thus giving me feedback with the talent and knowledge of others. I have a lot to learn. Thanks to those who made this project possible, like friends @yventura and @eduardo900613.

Personally, I love electronic music, disco, house, ballads in both English and Spanish, mainly from the 90s. That music is excellent! In my opinion, it does not go out of style. One of my dreams, to visit a Tomorroland festival or one of the clubs in Ibiza. I love tango and merengue, it is another of my dreams to learn to dance tango, it is a dance of character and personality, although I confess I have two left feet for dancing. Sometimes I think I'm not from this era, I often like mine.

Actualmente soy trabajador en una pequeña villa vacacional donde me desempeño como dependiente integral de salón. Es una profesión humilde, pero me ha permitido conocer muchos amigos de disímiles partes del país con los que aún mantengo relaciones. Además de tener el placer de haber conocido artistas, cantantes, deportistas de alto rendimiento y todo eso, gracias a mi trabajo. Me gusta y disfruto lo que hago.Tengo una familia maravillosa, un padre magnífico, una madre que no la cambiaría por otra y una abuela que a veces se pasa de sobreprotectora, pero que le vamos hacer, así suele ser el cariño que emana de los abuelos. No tengo hermanos, pero confieso me hubiese encantado tener uno.

Soy soltero, aún no llega la persona indicada, esa que me acompañe en esta aventura llamada vida y aguante a este loco poeta soñador. Mientras, pues a disfrutar de la soltería. Me declaro fiel creyente de la Ley de atracción, la metafísica, creo en el Karma. ¡Créanlo o no, estas leyes funcionan! Me fascinan estos temas. Así que tal vez el estar hoy aquí, compartiendo con todos ustedes no sea casualidad y si lo fue, bendita casualidad.

I am currently a worker in a small vacation village where I work as a full-time salon clerk. It is a humble profession, but it has allowed me to meet many friends from different parts of the country with whom I still maintain relationships. In addition to having the pleasure of having met artists, singers, high-performance athletes and all that, thanks to my work. I like and enjoy what I do. I have a wonderful family, a magnificent father, a mother who wouldn't change her for another and a grandmother who sometimes goes overprotective, but what can we do to her, that's usually the love that emanates from the grandparents. I don't have siblings, but I confess I would have loved to have one.

I am single, the right person has not yet arrived, the one who accompanies me on this adventure called life and endures this crazy dreamy poet. In the meantime, then enjoy being single. I declare myself a faithful believer in the Law of Attraction, metaphysics, I believe in Karma. Believe it or not, these laws work! I am fascinated by these topics.
