My day yesterday was a gift for my eyes, mind and body, I decided to go to train in the park to breathe some cleaner and purer air, since running through the avenues means that I will be black from the smoke of cars and asphalt.

Whenever I pass by the lagoon there are different species of birds, some I can identify but others I cannot.

**WHAT IS THE NAME OF THIS BIRD?

This time I have the question but I don't have the answer, I passed by the lagoon and there was a whole row of birds in the lagoon, but I still had to run 4 kilometers and I didn't stop at that moment.

When I finished running I went to stretch near the lagoon in a shade tree, then I went to the lagoon but the birds were no longer inside the lagoon, but to my surprise there were many more birds at the edge of the lagoon.

I leave these beautiful photos here of my weekend of nature and of the birds that in this opportunity enlivened my morning.
