Yes, I saw that and thought your country is not any different from mine. I suppose these vandals are everywhere. Here however they are fining them. Before Christmas, they put up the Christmas tree and right that night some teenagers peed on it. As there are cameras everywhere, they were identified by morning and they got a fine of almost $1000 each. They will never pee on anything in public.

It's true, there are vandals everywhere, but in some places they commit their misdeeds with impunity, since there aren't many cameras and sometimes not much effort is made to identify them and punish them. Unfortunately, that's the way it is. When I was in Europe, I saw that the culture and order are different.
It is, but unfortunately with the flood of immigrants, things got really bad. Different culture, no education and lack of respect is leading to destruction.
