I've heard about Empanadas and have seen it posted here on Hive many times as it is popular, but have never tried it. Maybe I should bookmark your recipe and try it out. It's nice to have a recipe passed on to generations.

You really should give it a try! And if you want, you can use the platano slices and the larded meat, the pabellon empanadas are so delicious! All of its flavors mixed in one empanada is really a good experience.
I need to give it a try as it's mouth watering and i am bumping into it all the time 😀
