Paper And Canvas - Photographs And Paintings

Today I'm going to show you both photos and paintings, maybe textile art too. Usually I don't mix these, unless the exhibition is a mixed one, but I think it's interesting to see different art forms.

While going through the photos I took at the gallery, to see which one is better, I noticed a different color between the two photos I took of the same photo. It's a mystery for me, why there are two colors, as I was standing in the same spot and nothing changed between the two shots. It's never happened to me before, but it's not a bad thing. This looks like a sepia.

And this is monochrome, or black and white. I'm trying to remember what the photo was like, but I think it was black and white. The title of the photo is Hats Off. It's an excellent portrait of an old man, regardless of the version you look at.

Winter Blanket

Looking at this photo is nice, but makes me wander if I want winter and snow now, or not. Summer is coming and I kind of want to enjoy it first, before we get another winter. However, the photo is a great one.

Autumn Lineup

Autumn is one of my favorite seasons and scenes like this are highly appreciated by me. Unfortunately there are not many as you need to be at the right place in the right time and as we have bears at the outskirts of the city and in the forests, wondering away from known territory is becoming dangerous.

Fog In Front Of Me, Fog Behind Me

Now let's see what we have here. Fog, frost and untouched snow. How rare it is to find all these ingredients in one place the same time. It's extremely rare, trust me. Unfortunately the reflection takes a bit away but the photo is still amazing. I can only capture frost once or twice a year and fog even less. The situation is different in the mountains though.

Without Borders

Looking at it from here, it really looks like there are no borders. This is kind of how the Alps look like, you don't know which country you are in as snow is covering everything and besides, there's nothing to indicate the border, except your digital map or GPS tracker.

Mountain Cabin

This was the most amazing photo and I tried my best to find an angle with less reflections, but I'm not sure if I succeeded. These are the moments when I feel like taking the photo off the wall and placing it somewhere, where I can take a decent photo, but obviously that's not possible.

Photographing difficulties aside, would you live in that cabin, in those conditions? Isolated from the world.

This was another amazing photo, that would mean a lot, if you could see it properly. These are rare moments and rare scenes you can't find everywhere.

After all those lovely photos, come with me in the other room, to show you some textile art and sculptures too.

The one on the left is called Scale, the other one Listening and I suppose it's some kind of an ear.

Home

This post was a huge struggle. Uploading photos is disrupted again. I had to switch nodes to be able to do it and even so, it's hardly working.

And as if this wasn't enough, the news about the SEC's action against Binance CZ broke out while I was writing my post and had to focus on filling my bags as there was blood on the streets.

Interesting day today, but I'm not complaining, as my bags are filled, the post is done and hopefully CZ will be ok.

I hope you like these photos and artworks. Let me know in a comment.

I agree with you, what I saw here is not ordinary, he's a really good photographer. This is a good occasion for us to learn, by studying the photos and thinking of how we can do better, isn't it?

All these photographs are impressive. I can't imagine the fascination felt by whoever took the photos. They are beautiful, especially the autumn one, something I have never seen in person.

It must be indeed fascinating. I hope we can be part of similar experience and you should be able to go to a country, where there's autumn and do a photo shoot :)

I actually don't just like them😔😔😔 but I love them❤️❤️❤️. I miss your good daily post here on peakd because of poor network service in the place I stay now💔💔. Looking at the photos and art work done by experts, I have to commend them on all they do and the messages they pass through drawing and paintings. Thank you for sharing this wonderful painting from the exhibition you went for. Thank you for sharing these nice stuff to us and how to calmly explain your moods for taking each of those pictures. I pray my network doesn't disturb me again so I can always see your good post daily ☺️☺️☺️
