Días de mucha actividad / Busy days (Esp/Eng)

¡Hola amados! De corazón espero se encuentren muy bien.

He tenido días bastante movidos con obligaciones, poniendo papeles legales en orden y exámenes médicos, continuo con mi recaída renal con una pielonefritis que me ocasiona molestias, una bacteria esperando tratamiento. Todo va a estar bien.

En estos meses es común de muchas madres tener que actualizar documentos para inscribir a sus hijos en la escuela, he tenido que caminar mucho, también he perdido peso por el problema con mi riñón, sin embargo estoy tranquila porque todo lo demás se encuentra bien.

Hello, my dears! I sincerely hope you are all well.

I’ve had quite a hectic few days with various commitments, sorting out legal paperwork and medical check-ups. I’m still dealing with my kidney flare-up – I have pyelonephritis, which is causing me some discomfort, and a bacterial infection that needs treating. Everything will be fine.

At this time of year, it’s common for many mums to have to update documents to enrol their children at school. I’ve had to walk a lot, and I’ve also lost weight because of my kidney problem; however, I’m at peace because everything else is fine.

Fue increíble llegar caminando a lugares donde antes siempre fui en vehículo, la ventaja de ir caminando es que puedo disfrutar más del paisaje y tomar fotos, no entiendo por qué si tenemos un vehículo siempre andamos apurados y estresados.

En estos puntos voy meditando, preguntándome si seguiré en este lugar o tendré que migrar...

Los lugares de las fotografías corresponden al sector San Jacinto y la popular redoma del Obelisco. En este lugar se encuentran varias instituciones del gobierno.

It was amazing to walk to places I’d always used to drive to before; the advantage of walking is that I can enjoy the scenery more and take photos. I don’t understand why, when we have a car, we’re always in a rush and stressed.

At times like these, I find myself pondering, wondering whether I’ll stay here or whether I’ll have to move away…

The locations in the photographs are in the San Jacinto area and the well-known Obelisk roundabout. Several government institutions are based here.

Fue increíble encontrar hidrantes por el camino, en lugares inhóspitos que no me parecen tener mucho sentido, pero se nota que llevan más años que yo allí.

Siempre me pregunté dónde quedaban las instalaciones de un periódico popular del estado Aragua, ya que conocía las ubicaciones de los otros dos, hoy lo descubrí y se sintió bastante extraño, creo que tuve un dejavú.

Algunos documentos se dieron con fluidez otros perdí mi tiempo, ni modo, así es esto. Fue un hermoso día.

It was incredible to come across fire hydrants along the way, in desolate places that don’t seem to make much sense to me, but you can tell they’ve been there longer than I have.

I’d always wondered where the premises of a popular newspaper in Aragua State were, as I knew the locations of the other two; today I found out and it felt quite strange – I think I had a case of déjà vu.

Some documents were straightforward, whilst with others I wasted my time – oh well, that’s just how it goes. It was a lovely day.
