¡Saludos amados, espero se encuentren de buena salud!
No tenía previsto caminar hoy, menos de la distancia recorrida recién, solo aproveché para hacerme exámenes de salud en químicas sanguíneas, andaba en ayunas, caminar así no es muy bueno, honestamente no pensé que iba a caminar tanto hasta que sonó mi aplicación cuando ya había completado el límite recomendado para mí según mi estatura y peso. Me impresioné.
No sabemos cuánto podemos caminar haciendo lo cotidiano, nuestras diligencias hasta que tomamos la distancia o gracias a la tecnología (que parece nos espía) nos cuenta los pasos. Increíble...
Bien... Hoy no hay tarot, no me gusta tomar las cartas cuando estoy bajo estrés y preocupación, tampoco tuve servicio eléctrico por muchas horas debido al racionamiento... Mañana iré a por los resultados de los exámenes trato de controlar mi ansiedad y mantenerme con una mente positiva.
Como no tenía intenciones de caminar más que hacerme mis estudios de laboratorio, solo pesqué algunas fotos interesantes.

Greetings, my dears, I hope you are all in good health!
I hadn’t planned on walking today, let alone the distance I’ve just covered; I’d simply gone for some blood tests, and as I’d been fasting, walking like that isn’t really advisable. To be honest, I didn’t think I’d walk that far until my app beeped, by which point I’d already exceeded the recommended limit for my height and weight. I was impressed.
We don’t realise how far we can walk just going about our daily business, running errands, until we measure the distance or technology (which seems to be spying on us) tells us our step count. Incredible...
Well... No tarot today; I don’t like reading the cards when I’m under stress and worry, and I didn’t have electricity for many hours due to power cuts... Tomorrow I’ll go and collect my test results; I’m trying to keep my anxiety in check and stay positive.
As I had no intention of walking any further than to get my lab tests done, I just snapped a few interesting photos.

La primera imagen se observa la cúpula de la Catedral de Maracay, el cielo estaba tan hermoso, tan azul, tan despejado, era un espectáculo visual con las pequeñas nubecitas muy blancas como copitos de algodón.
La vista se extiende desde la conocida "Plaza de las palomas" un punto céntrico de la ciudad donde solo alzar la vista puedes ver montañas, edificios, la Torre Sindoni, vegetación entre la selva de concreto y mucha gente caminando de un lugar a otro... Es gratificante, reconfortante y oxigenante.
Ya regresando rumbo a mi casa, atravesando las calles de siempre, detrás del teatro de la Opera de Maracay, una de mis caminarías favoritas por lo bello que han decorado el lugar, la arquitectura de los edificios, las calles de ladrillos, los árboles podados de formas artísticas más esas lindas columnas de alumbrado publico tan estéticas que me hacen respirar profundo.
Ojalá pudieras admirar esta belleza de paisaje como mis ojos lo ven, porque es pleno centro de la ciudad donde el caos vehicular y la multitud de personas caminan de un lado a otro, estos espacios de felicidad, de bendición son lo más agradecido y lindo para mí, ese cielo azul tan bello y el gran árbol milenario al final del otro lado de la calle, es espléndido.

The first image shows the dome of Maracay Cathedral; the sky was so beautiful, so blue, so clear – it was a visual spectacle with tiny, pure-white clouds like cotton wool.
The view stretches out from the well-known ‘Plaza de las Palomas’, a central spot in the city where, just by looking up, you can see mountains, buildings, the Sindoni Tower, greenery amidst the concrete jungle, and lots of people walking from one place to another… It’s rewarding, comforting and refreshing.
On my way back home, walking through the usual streets, behind the Maracay Opera House—one of my favourite walks because of how beautifully the area has been decorated, the architecture of the buildings, the cobbled streets, the artistically pruned trees, and those lovely street lamps so aesthetically pleasing they make me breathe deeply.
I wish you could admire this beautiful scenery as my eyes see it, because it is right in the heart of the city where there is traffic chaos and crowds of people walking back and forth; these spaces of happiness and blessing are the most precious and lovely things to me—that beautiful blue sky and the great ancient tree at the end of the street on the other side are splendid.

En esta misma calle hay varias construcciones antiguas, algunas en deterioro no acordes con el cuidado visual del lugar, a la derecha se encuentra una iglesia cristiana de una construcción que data de 1930 y en la descripción se puede leer lo siguiente:
Iglesia Cristiana Evangélica de Maracay, fundada en 1830 por el misionero David E. Fiwstron. Sigue un texto bíblico y al final dice: Primera iglesia evangélica en la ciudad de Maracay....
Estas construcciones antiguas terminan siendo patrimonio de la ciudad, por lo cual no es de extrañar mantengan la fachada colonial, no quise tomarle fotos del frente pues tiene un alumbrado eléctrico que afea la imagen hermosa.
Amé la antigüedad de la puerta, jamás he podido verla abierta y desconozco si sigue funcionando, a juzgar por lo solitaria y descuidada de la pintura, pareciera no estar funcionando, sin embargo los pisos se pueden ver muy limpios. Creo que investigaré más al respecto.
Agradezco estos espacios, estos momentos y este día bonito a pesar que estoy ansiosa y un poco nerviosa por los resultados, agradezco muchísimo tu visita y por supuesto tu apoyo.

On this very street there are several old buildings, some of which are in a state of disrepair that does not fit in with the area’s visual appeal. On the right is a Christian church dating from 1930, and the description reads as follows:
Evangelical Christian Church of Maracay, founded in 1830 by the missionary David E. Fiwstron. This is followed by a biblical text, and at the end it says: First Evangelical church in the city of Maracay....
These old buildings have become part of the city’s heritage, so it is no surprise that they retain their colonial façades. I did not want to take photos of the front as there is electric lighting that spoils the beautiful view.
I loved the age of the door; I’ve never seen it open and I don’t know if it’s still in use. Judging by how neglected the paintwork looks, it doesn’t seem to be in use, though the floors look very clean. I think I’ll look into this further.
I’m grateful for these spaces, these moments and this lovely day, even though I’m anxious and a little nervous about the results. I’m so grateful for your visit and, of course, your support.

Looking at these pictures, I realize you were in the area on a very special and desolate day, especially near the Opera House. Although I sang there a couple of years ago, I haven't really been able to explore it properly since its reopening. A walk through downtown Maracay on a quiet day always clears the mind, as art and architecture become the most beautiful scenery when we're feeling positive. Your photos are beautiful, but the best part is that you convey the beauty of your soul ❤️ I love that you go for walks!!!
