El majestuoso Ávila, es el lugar favoritos de los deportistas ya que tiene varios lugares por donde ir y ejercitarse.

Personalmente hace mucho tiempo no me gustaba ir al Ávila, me parecía algo normal; hasta que un día fui y pude conocer lo hermoso que es. No entiendo porque somos negativos a lo que no conocemos e indiferentes a lo extraordinario. Me pasó con el cerro el Ávila.

Tenemos un grupo donde nos comunicamos y definimos la ruta de entrenamiento de los días sábados, de verdad gracias a Hive Run planifico sábados de ejercicios totalmente diferente y eso me gusta.

En mi post anterior les mostré un poquito la subida, un poco porque el desgaste y la concentración van de la mano. En este post les muestro la bajada que fue por las cabinas del teleférico.

Pude ver una vista hermosa de Caracas, desde el Ávila se ve tranquila y silenciosa, ordenada y provoca recorrerla. Tomé fotos mientras bajamos, de verdad que me gustó muchísimo la experiencia del fin de semana.

Si vienes a Caracas debes visitar el Ávila y tomarte un chocolate con canela que son bien ricos 😍
