As many of you are already aware of, my little princesses are seasoned dancers. One of them, has been taking lessons for almost 8 years now, and is a sought after lead in both the classrooms and on the stage for performances.

This year, is her second year as a TA (teacher's assistant) and on top of the kids in her class loving her, she is loving spreading her knowledge to a slightly younger generation.

Another milestone comes with years of practice. One I didn't realize was as important as it was in that hemisphere. This being, the acquisition of point shoes and the real skill level that comes along with that.

Think of it like taking private pilots classes and your first solo flight or better yet, taking the training wheels off of your bike and cruising without any assistance from a parent's hand.

This is the pride and satisfaction level that comes with moving to the experience plateau to put on point shoes. She (@lunamoon) resewed the straps on hers over the weekend for a better fit and then tiptoed around the house to test the stitch and comfort level. Her smile was reddened and fabulous, but looking at her on her toes, that was the joy. Hope you had a good weekend and REMEMBER TO BE YOU! I always am, even if I can't make dollars out of scents. Sense? Cents.

Eight years of training shows a lot of love, passion, and dedication, that's for sure. Big congratulations to your daughter, my friend, I'm sure she's elated. Walking on your toes is no small feat at all. πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ’šβœ¨πŸ€™

Dedication, yes! I've praised her several times for that because she could have stopped and moved on to something else at any time since she was a little girl and hasn't. Toes is difficult, I sure can't do it, I've tried !PIMP !DUO !WINE

Exactly, I know how quickly most kids change focuses, so for her to have continued for this long is really quite remarkable. Ditto that, I have strong feet, and toes, but I can't even remotely support myself on just my big toes. πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ’šβœ¨πŸ€™

Congratulations on your little one, she must be very talented. When our children have talents or abilities, the best thing is to support them and help them strengthen those abilities. Good luck to all of them. Sir, you are an excellent father.
