The Lizard Princess š¦
Took another field trip last week with the dragon princess. Again, to one of our favorite destinations, Cumberland Caverns. You've seen these before a few times already, so I refrained from taking an assload of pictures. We did get a few ghost stories deep in the unlit parts of the cave that caused a few to scream. My favorite part though, wasn't even in the caves this time.

@lunamoon found a tiny dragon! This eastern fence lizard is smaller than my pinky and you can see the size comparison under my thumb. Not very often noticed in public places, it's maybe only the third one I've ever seen. They're real skittish and since they're so small, easily hidden. We stayed after the other kids boarded the buses to assure it had safe passage back to its wild home.
Was a great outing full of fun and just some quality daddy daughter time. In case you forget, let me remind you to REMEMBER TO BE YOU! I always am, even as a star child lighting the darkest of times.

Hey I took a picture for her on our last camping trip!
We were washing our camp dishes and this little dood decided we were better to hang out with than the catfish that he hoped were there for the dish scraps.
Her smile while holding that dragon is priceless! It's wonderful when children (especially girls) like reptiles. Keep on being awesome little Dragon Princess @lunamoon :)

That sure looks like a Great daddy daughter trip š„° and ofcourse she found that tiny beautiful dragon, she has same eye as her daddy and can spot things that most would miss. I love those pictures you shared before from the cave, but I agree... Those pictures of the dragon and Luna are moments worth capturing š nature is magical and family Bond is magical to.. Especially daddy daughter š I knoooow cause Im such a daddys girl š lol
