That's absolutely true sir, producing your own food items is far better. You will go to the market and buy pepper and tomatoes and most of the tomatoes didn't ripe by itself in the farm but they will plot it and keep it at home to ripe fast so they can take it to market. And any pepper or tomatoes that does not ripe by itself naturally does not add anything reasonable to the body. Thank you sir for sharing with us your experience
