Saludos queridos y apreciados amigos, feliz y bendecido inicio de semana y también inicio de un nuevo mes, el cual deseo nos traiga mucha salud y cosas positivas. muchas veces el stress del día a día, nuestros trabajos, los deberes, la familia, las preocupaciones nos van restando energía y alegría, yo soy una persona muy positiva y alegre pero a veces me streso y desespero muy rápido por lo que de vez en cuando necesito un respiro que me reinicie.

Así pues hace un par de días realice una visita a una hermosa bahía, para mí no hay nada mejor para relajarme y desestresarme que conectar con la naturaleza, y pues amo el mar, su olor, su belleza, su grandeza, su sonido y la paz que emite. Por lo que está tarde decidimos tomar un tiempo para mí, me senté a la orilla del mar, coloque mis pies en la arena y me olvidé de todo lo demás.

La verdad fue una sesión increíble, un par de horas súper agradables, a veces solo necesitamos un tiempo para reiniciar nuestra vida y pensar, tomar las cosas con calma y por supuesto recargar energías. Y pues también aproveche para tomar estás bellas fotografías que acá les comparto.

Greetings dear and appreciated friends, happy and blessed beginning of the week and also the beginning of a new month, which I wish will bring us a lot of health and positive things.
many times the stress of everyday life, our jobs, homework, family, worries are subtracting us energy and joy, I am a very positive and cheerful person but sometimes I get stressed and desperate very quickly so from time to time I need a break to reboot me.

So a couple of days ago I made a visit to a beautiful bay, for me there is nothing better to relax and de-stress than connecting with nature, and I love the sea, its smell, its beauty, its grandeur, its sound and the peace it emits.
So this afternoon we decided to take some time for me, I sat by the sea, put my feet in the sand and forgot about everything else.

The truth was an amazing session, a couple of hours super nice, sometimes we just need some time to restart our life and think, take things easy and of course recharge energies.
And I also took the opportunity to take these beautiful pictures that I share with you here.

Hola amiga que fotos tan espectaculares que mejor lugar para relajarse que ese amante de la playa totalmente, como lo describes muchas veces necesitamos despejar la mente visitando algun lugar es la mejor terapia saludos

Hola amiga como estas? como se llama esa Playa? esta genial porque no la veo con mucha gente y es mucho mas relajada me imagino. Espero ir pronto ya que también vivo en Margarita, se ve genial.

Esa es playa las Arenas, también conocida como bahía de plata, está ubicada en Altagracia.
Si amigo es poco visitada bueno los fines de semana si es un poco más concurrida más que todo por pobladores de la comunidad.
