Mis mejores momentos, navidades 2024 [Esp/Eng]

Saludos queridos amigos, feliz y bendecida noche tengan todos ustedes, espero todos estén teniendo un excelente inicio de año, yo por mi parte quiero retroceder un poco para hablarles de lo que fueron mis navidades, se que lo he dicho en diferentes post pero de verdad si me preguntan cuál es mi época favorita del año pues confieso que es diciembre, las navidades, pues para mí la navidad es sinónimo de fiesta, alegría, reunión y unión familiar. Y pues a pesar de que en este año pasamos situación muy tristes y perdidas familiares, tengo muy claro que ellos hubiesen querido vernos juntos y felices con o cuando estaban allí.

Greetings dear friends, happy and blessed night to all of you, I hope you all are having an excellent start of the year, I for my part want to go back a little to tell you about my Christmas, I know I've said it in different post but really if you ask me what my favorite time of the year is I confess that it is December, Christmas, because for me Christmas is synonymous with party, joy, reunion and family togetherness.
And although this year we went through very sad situations and family losses, I am very clear that they would have wanted to see us together and happy with or when they were there.

Y pues se que es triste pero está es la oportunidad que la mayoría de las personas dejan de un lado sus ocupaciones para visitar familiares y darse un tiempo con sus seres queridos, la época navideña nos motiva a volver a nuestras casas y valorar la familia. En casa en estas festividades tenemos muchas tradiciones y todas tienen relación con lo que ya les e estado comentando de las reuniones familiares, una de ellas es la realización de hallacas, este es el platillo típico de navidad en Venezuela y siempre las elabora en unión familiar.

And I know it is sad but this is the opportunity that most people leave aside their occupations to visit family and spend time with their loved ones, the Christmas season motivates us to return to our homes and value the family.
At home in these festivities we have many traditions and all are related to what I have already been talking about family reunions, one of them is the realization of hallacas, this is the typical Christmas dish in Venezuela and always made in family unity.

Como pueden ver en las fotografías nos reunimos en casa de mis padres, cada uno con sus pequeñas familias, la casa de mis padres se llena de alegría de tantos niños corriendo y jugando y nosotros bajo conversaciónes, recuerdos y chistes le damos ese toque especial a cada hallaca, que es el amor familiar. Acá pasamos desde tempranas horas de la mañana hasta la tarde es un proceso la elaboración pero el echo de degustarlas juntos en la mesa es una satisfacción enorme, y ni se trata de una hallaca se trata de el compartir familiar.

As you can see in the pictures we gather at my parents' house, each one with their little families, my parents' house is filled with joy of so many children running and playing and we under conversations, memories and jokes we give that special touch to each hallaca, which is family love.
Here we spend from early hours of the morning until the afternoon is a process the elaboration but the fact of tasting them together at the table is a huge satisfaction, and it is not about a hallaca is about family sharing.

Amé y amo cada una de estás fotografías, y cada segundo de estos dias, y la verdad me da nostalgia el pensar que debo esperar 11 meses nuevamente para volver a disfrutar de estos momentos. Y ustedes mis queridos y apreciados amigos aman tanto estás festividades como yo.

I loved and love each of these photographs, and every second of these days, and the truth makes me nostalgic to think that I must wait 11 months again to enjoy these moments again.
And you my dear and dear friends love these holidays as much as I do.
