Greetings, my dear and cherished friends. I hope you all have a happy and blessed day. I wanted to tell you that for a while now, my daughter has been asking me to sign her up for dance classes—she calls it “little dance”—but for one reason or another, I hadn’t been able to do it. A few days ago, though, I made up my mind and called a friend whose mom is the director of a dance program in town, and I asked her for a spot for my little girl.
To be honest, I was worried about the expense this might entail, since we’re currently in a very difficult financial situation.

The good news is that it’s a local dance group, and they only ask for a monthly contribution to help buy the fabric and accessories the girls need for their dances. So that very Friday we went—my little girl was so excited. We brought what they asked for to register: a copy of my ID and my daughter’s birth certificate, along with a registration form.
And that very same day, my daughter joined the group and began her rehearsals wearing a skirt that my friend’s mom lent us.
She was happy; she fit right in with the group as if she’d been part of it for a long time.
So now we have an activity to take our minds off things a bit and to make my little girl happy.
