La isla de Fiesta por el Día de la Virgen Marinera [Esp/Eng]

ENGLISH
Greetings dear and appreciated friends, happy and blessed day, I tell you that yesterday September 8 is a very special day in our island of Margarita and for all the Venezuelan east, because we celebrate with joy and jubilation the day of our beloved eastern patron, the virgin of the valley, patron saint of the east, fishermen and the navy.
This celebration is not only joined by the island and the states that make up the east if not all of Venezuela, so that at this time a large number of believers gather in her basilica to thank and admire.
I for my part although I have countless things to thank the little virgin it was impossible for me to be there that day in her basilica because it would be a little uncomfortable with the two children and pregnant by so many people, but we still celebrated her day with devotion and love, my husband, my children and I went for a walk and then everywhere on the island there were parties and celebration.
We arrived to Pampatar where we found a beautiful activity that was taking place in the bay of Pampatar, this activity is known as "barloventeo" is a style of acoustic procession made by fishermen, where they gather a lot of boats, peleros, boats and others to walk with music and joy the beautiful image of our patron saint.
I tell you that this is the first time we attended this activity in this town, and despite the sun, everything was beautiful and full of joy.
There were innumerable boats that gathered to accompany this traditional pursuit from early in the morning.
