Comprando una batería para nuestro auto [Esp/Eng]
Greetings, dear and beloved friends. I hope you all have a happy and blessed weekend. I wanted to tell you that for the past two weeks our car has been acting up. We have a Conquistador, which is quite old, I think from the mid-80s, but it's actually in pretty good condition. It's a sturdy car and has been very useful to us since we got it.
Well, at first my husband thought it was an electrical problem because the battery isn't that old, it's only two years old. Thank God he knows a little about mechanics, which he learned from friends and years of driving. He checked it out and told me he suspected it was the battery.
And then, after a couple of days, they confirmed that it was the battery. The truth is that right now is when we need it the most, because we are expecting a baby and we are busy with shopping, appointments, and tests.
We really hadn't planned for an expense like this, so we started to inquire at a few places about prices and payment options, because we really need it, but we have a lot of expenses right now.
The prices of batteries in places where we could pay with cash, paying only an initial deposit, were 130 and up, and calculating the percentage, the initial deposit was $53 and the remainder in three installments.
We really thought about it a lot because there are so many things to consider, but in the end we had no choice but to go ahead with the purchase. Yesterday afternoon we went back to the store we had already chosen and bought our new battery. Due to the size of the car, we had to buy a 900 amp battery, and I had to put it in my name because I am the one who has the Cashea app.
This battery came with a one-and-a-half-year warranty, which I thought was excellent, and at least we solved this unexpected problem.
