Greetings dear and appreciated friends, happy and blessed weekend to all, I tell you that a few days ago my little one had to represent again in an activity to her school, this time in a gastronomic fair of ancestral food and despite her young age she is super battery and loves to participate in all these activities and of course I am there supporting her in everything.
This time two children from her school were selected to attend this activity where they would bring and show some dishes in their case based on cassava.
My little girl and I prepared cassava empanadas, very rich and nutritious, I prepared them but the truth is that they can be prepared with any type of filling, they are super easy and economical to make.
This day I took her very early to school with her gastronomic sample and she was ready to present the yucca and defend its preparation.
How I had to go to work and when I ran back to school, my little girl had already participated, but her teacher did me the favor of recording and taking many pictures of the participation of my little girl.
The truth is that I felt a little sad but my little girl was very happy to participate and that made me very happy, as a reward for her participation in her school they gave her some beautiful bracelets, I for my part as motivation for her excellent participation I told her that I would buy her a snack in the afternoon and so it was.
In the afternoon we went to a very nice bakery and pastry shop and I let her choose her snack, the truth was that there was a great variety of sweets and pastries, there were bombs, donuts, quesadillas, guava empanadas, sighs and so on.
The truth is that she was undecided for a while but in the end she decided on a delicious marble cake, so we bought it and she was super happy.
