My first cappuccino of the year☕
☕Hi, coffee lovers community!☕
Today I would like to tell you about my first visit to a coffee shop in this new year 2024.
Going for coffee is something I love to do, although in the city where I live unfortunately there aren't that many coffee shops to explore. However, I decided that my first coffee of the year to try would be a cappuccino, so my boyfriend and I decided to go to the “Hato Grill” Supermarket, they will probably tell me -Emy, that is not a coffee shop! But as you can see, this supermarket has a cafeteria, restaurant, pharmacy area, children's games and more, it is a super complete place, and the coffee is quite good.
I had already visited this place before but I think I didn't tell you about it, it is located on Santa Rosa Avenue in the city of Cumaná, it is one of the most comfortable places you can visit for breakfast, lunch, dinner, shopping or like me, go for a coffee.
The treatment of the staff is exceptional, there are many places where the workers are quite superficial, even if you don't look like someone who has money they treat you badly or ignore you, but here that is not the case and it is also a quite luxurious place to describe it, its The staff has always been very friendly and super attentive from the first moment you step foot in the establishment and that is something that I love because they talk a lot about their managers and good treatment always attracts customers.
Getting to the topic of coffee, I for my part ordered a cappuccino, the one from this specific place I really like because it usually has a lot of foam and is creamy, that is something that fascinates me. Although they are not so skilled with latte art, the cost of the coffee was only $2.60
I had a pretty nice time, where I talked for a long time with my boyfriend outside the house. If I had to complain about something it would be the heat it was but it is no longer the fault of the establishment as such but rather the constant failures in the services that exist nationwide in my country, the power went out twice in less than 1 hour and Cumaná is a very hot city even in times like these where cold or cooler weather is expected.
At the end of the day the important thing is that I had my first cappuccino of the year, spent some time away from home, cleared my mind, tasted something incredible and came home happy. I think enjoying the present, the moment, is the most important thing and that's what I try to do now.
