FRICTION AT WORK, INEVITABLE AND UNIVERSAL SITUATION.

Hello my struggling and enterprising people, I hope you are feeling wonderful.
Today, I want to share a very common and stressful anecdote at work.
It is true that in every job there are differences, either by character, by pro-activity or by different ways of thinking to call the world or simply by essence.
We are not golden coins to be liked by everyone, which is why the controversies that show the two sides of the coin come into effect, firstly to generate significant learning and secondly to annoy those who shine in their work out of jealousy or silly envy that reigns in society.
The truth is that every day is a learning slide, from the moment we greet or say goodbye, the tone in which we offer it and how we receive it defines the quality of person we carry within us at a glance.
It is understandable that as humans we make mistakes and when we reach adulthood we must set an example, this is what has been assumed since antiquity, but unfortunately not everyone has the same degree of maturity when it comes to solving difficulties along the way.
Today, I gave support to another department under a mentor, because one of my colleagues was ill and when that happens we must be supportive, because the company will not stop for us and I like to do it because it is another learning experience and in time it will be rewarded not only economically but curricularly.
In the middle of my activity, a concern arose and I asked the mentor for help to give me her opinion on how to solve it. When you are new in the area it is normal to ask, but there are people who do not like to give support correctly, but between teeth.
The unknown of the story?

On the road not all people shine like gold, we find stones of all sizes and families of the branch of geology, which ruin our working day, with simply sarcastic words, ironic laughter for making a mistake in simple things that tend to happen, or just a bad word, which are forging people if they do not have a defined personality.
Unfortunately there are people who express themselves according to their mood or are simply frustrated by essence and that is where we see that they do not have enough maturity to exercise high functions and even less to be a mentor for fear of being removed from their position.
The phrase that really got on my nerves today was: check it out, don't you see! In a loud and demeaning tone of voice in front of all the staff, which provoked them to respond with the same thing, but there is a very true saying: God doesn't give asses to donkeys.
I start from the idea that when attention is called, it is corrected in private and congratulated in public.
There are people who give what they have in their heart and that makes a difference.
And it happens not only at work, but in society itself, and for a simple comment or phrase, an empire and the opportunities of a dawn are lost.
What do you think, how would you react to a spoiled mentor, would you stand up to him or her?
