Es increíble como el estado animo nos afecta en todos los ámbitos de nuestra existencia y la cruda realidad es que para caernos es tan fácil como tumbar o derramar un vaso literal, cuando tenemos miedos o el famoso termino inseguridades tanto personales como laborales, que por más firmeza que tengamos siempre existe la incertidumbre y más cuando no sabemos el terreno donde pisaremos.

Es parte de la vida,aprender, explorar, impulsar en medio de los altos y bajos, que se nos presentan y que forman personalidad.

It is incredible how the mood affects us in all areas of our existence and the harsh reality is that to fall is as easy as knocking over or spilling a literal glass, when we have fears or the famous term insecurities both personal and work, that no matter how firm we are there is always uncertainty and more when we do not know the ground where we will tread.

It is part of life, to learn, to explore, to push forward in the midst of the highs and lows that come our way and that form our personality.

Parece mentira, pero en cualquiera de los ámbitos donde estemos, siempre encontramos una piedra en el camino y dependiendo como lo vemos, tenemos dos caminos: uno corto que si permitimos que nos atrape en el sendero no avanzaremos u otro largo que nos ayuda mejorar, superando contratiempos.

Tengo varias experiencias vividas en el 2023, pero la más reciente fue ayer y quiera que me compartieran su opinión en la casilla de los comentarios, de cómo sería su respuesta a mi vivencia.

Enero inicio con lluvia según los presagios de gente mayor es buen augurio, los cambios de clima ha afectado a infinitos habitantes con gripes secas y ronquera siendo mi caso.

También es cierto que no podemos tomarnos las cosas a pecho, pero cuando las cosas están mal echas es imposible no tocar el tema.

Es allí donde debemos darle un parado a la gente y marcar territorio dando ejemplo con solidaridad, humildad e infinitos valores familiares que deben perdurar, sin importar título, religión o preferencia sexual.

Llegando el día de hoy, efectivamente el momento se dio, ella acudió a mí y humildemente le dije lo que pensaba y basado en mi experiencia le hice saber que el respeto mutuo debe existir y que en ocasiones aunque no nos guste hay que ponerse en los zapatos del otro y el ejemplo que le di fue: si fuera en caso contrario como te sentirías.?

La joven responde me fuese sentido mal, apenada se disculpó y reflexiono porque hay miradas que valen más que mil palabras y ese fue un aprendizaje.

Si somos de autoestima baja estaremos tristes y grises todo el tiempo, no se verá cambios porque nuestra actitud la neutralizamos.

Moral:

Debemos aplicar infinitas estrategias para avanzar en nuestro camino, acorde a nuestro bienestar:

Según mis criterio, cuando nos tratan mal por algo que sabemos que no tenemos culpa, es mejor aguantar el chaparron de malos comentarios (paciencia) que actuar con palabras que luego nos arrepentiremos así tengamos la razón, dejarse llevar por las emociones siempre es un mal camino.

-Drenar nuestros estados de ánimos, ya sea haciendo ejercicio o escuchando música, entre gustos y colores a cualquier hora, es necesario.

Y por último lo más majestuoso que tenemos cada esencia, es el amor propio, con esa aura no cualquiera nos tumba.

Y si nos tumba por más dura circunstancias que estemos enfrentando se vale levantarse, las veces que sea necesario.

Familia a mí me ha funcionado, estas estrategias que comparto,me he caído varias veces y aun sigo dando la batalla hasta el fin de mis días, soy una persona muy observadora, ante las dificultades o problemas los analizo antes de actuar, cuando pasa la marea tiendo a enfrentarlos desde mi perspectiva ya que soy partidaria que todo tiene su momento correcto y al expresarnos desahogamos el alma y vivimos libre de resentimiento que es lo que nos envenena por los actos ajeno.

No somos árboles para quedarnos en un mismo sitio, debemos brillar por luz propia y dejar huellas en cada corazón.

I am a very observant person, when faced with difficulties or problems I analyse them before acting, when the tide goes out I tend to face them from my perspective as I am a believer that everything has its right time and when we express ourselves we unburden our souls and live free of resentment which is what poisons us by the actions of others.

We are not trees to stay in one place, we must shine by our own light and leave footprints in every heart.
